1. Eligibility

2. Dual/Multiple Citizenship

• Foreigners with dual or multiple citizenship must select their nationality based on the travel document they intend to use. Using a different travel document from the one used for e-visa application will invalidate the e-visa.

• Foreigners and stateless persons must apply for e-visas. These are the different processing options available for obtaining an e-visa to Azerbaijan:- 
• Standard Processing (3-5 Business Days): This option is suitable for individuals who have ample time before their planned travel. The processing of the e-visa will take approximately 3 business days.
  
  
• Rush Processing (1-2 Business Day): If you have imminent travel plans and need your e-visa quickly, the rush processing option is ideal. The processing time for this option is expedited, and you can expect to receive your e-visa within 1 business day.
  
  
• Super Rush Processing (3-6 hours): When time is of the essence and you require your visa urgently, the super rush processing option is the best choice. With this option, your e-visa will be processed within just 3 hours, ensuring a swift turnaround.

4. Travel Document Validity

• The travel document's validity must extend at least 3 months beyond the expiration date of the e-visa.

5. Processing and Validity

• Standard e-visas are processed within 3-5 working days, while urgent e-visas are processed in two categories: Rush 1-2 working days & Super Rush 3-6 hours, regardless of holidays and non-working days.
• An e-visa grants a 90-day period of validity and allows a stay of up to 30 days in the country.
• Each e-visa permits a single entry.

6. Validity Period

• For standard e-visas, the validity begins at least 3 working days after the submission date.
• For urgent e-visas, the validity starts on the day of issuance.

7. Responsibility for Application Accuracy

• Applicants are personally responsible for the accuracy of data provided in the e-visa application, including the scanned page of their travel document with a photo, as well as the correctness of their payment.

12. Notification of Rejection

18.Consequences of Overstaying or Failure to Register

22.Journalistic Activities and Accreditation

25.Border Crossing Requirements

• Foreigners and stateless persons attempting to cross the border of the Republic of Azerbaijan must possess a valid travel document and visa.
• Those without proper documentation or with an invalid travel document will be returned to their country without being allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

26.Consequences of Forged Documents

27.Entry Restrictions for Foreign Nationals and Stateless Persons
